Become a Sing Wiltshire School
Sing Wiltshire schools are those that place value on singing and the many benefits it brings to children and young people and that offer a broad and high-quality provision, enabling the whole school community to develop a love of singing together.
Schools with ‘Sing Wiltshire’ status will receive:
- A ‘badge’/logo that can be used during academic year 2024-25 on websites, email signatures and social media accounts, enabling you to publicly celebrate the value placed on singing within your setting.
- A certificate that can be displayed in your school.
- Stickers for your children to let everybody know that yours is a Sing Wiltshire school.
- Celebration on Wiltshire Music Connect social media platforms.
- Entry into a prize draw to win cash to spend on the music provision in your school.
In order to receive ‘Sing Wiltshire’ status, schools will need to
- Sign up to the Sing Wiltshire principles
- Have established (or be in the process of establishing) an inclusive school choir.
- Have achieved one or more other activities that demonstrate how your school is delivering or developing an aspect of singing provision.
