If you decide to contact providers of participatory activities and events listed here, we advise you to always ask to see evidence of their DBS check, insurance, take up their references (if appropriate) and ask questions about both the safety and quality aspects of their work.
Please also note that not all events listed here will be suitable for children of all ages – we advise you to check suitability with the provider / venue.

Improvising & Composing with Charanga Musical School

In this session, we’ll look at the many improvising and composing activities in the units as well as the tools available in Freestyle and YuStudio. We will demystify composing and consider ideas to hone and extend your pupils’ skills.
On the day, you will need to have your own, individual login, not one shared between colleagues. .
If your school does not have a Charanga licence, you must also take out a free 30-day trial to attend the webinar. This will give you a chance to explore the platform beforehand.
