About

I provide quality Singing, Flute and Piano tuition across primary and secondary schools throughout Wiltshire. As well as this, I also provide music curriculum and group singing for key stages 1 and 2.

My qualifications are as follows:
Masters Degree in Musical Theatre from Guildford School of Acting (MA MT)
Bachelor of the Arts Degree in Musical Theatre from University of Essex (BA MT)
National Diploma in Performing Arts (Triple Distinction)
ABRSM Grade 8 on the Flute, Piano and Singing.

Because of my comprehensive training, I am able to offer many different vocal, flute and keyboard styles such as pop, musical theatre, jazz, classical and opera – something for every budding musician!

I have four years experience of primary curriculum teaching and have been teaching instrumental lessons privately for over five years.

What I / we help young people achieve

Music is important for many reasons. Not only does it give young people a hobby, but it is also essential for developing life skills such as confidence, interpersonal skills, empathy and communication skills.

Further down the musical journey, exams teach children discipline, time management, dedication and commitment. All of these essential attributes are vital for the healthy development of young people.

Opportunities for children & young people

  • To learn to play an instrument and / or develop skills on an instrument
  • To learn to sing
  • To play, perform music with others
