Bradley Miles
About
I am a professional composer based in Bradford-on-Avon and studied music at Southampton University and composition at the National Film and Television School.
I have taught piano and brass for around 20 years, both privately and in schools, and am also a tutor for the “Wiltshire Young Musicians”.
I currently offer brass lessons from beginner to advanced level and, being a pianist, am able to provide accompanying and aural preparation for all my pupils.
What I / we help young people achieve
Through my work with session musicians, I am particularly aware of the importance of good sight reading and aural skills. Therefore, as well as covering a wide range of repertoire and styles during lessons, I encourage all my students to join local music clubs and to take an active role in the music making within their own school.
