This session is for you if you are running music projects, organisations and activities for young people aged up to 18 in independent, community and non-school settings in Wiltshire.

There’s a wide range of organisations and individuals supporting a wealth of musical activity for young people across the county – from putting on gigs and events to running vocal groups and choirs, as well as recording and rehearsal studios, and rock and pop courses and workshops.

You’re important to us for a number of reasons including progression opportunities, reach to pupils often not engaged in mainstream, links to industry etc .

Getting to know more about each other’s organisations will lead to more exchange of resources and expertise, and for example could lead to joint funding bids, and more opportunities!

This is also a chance to let Wiltshire Music Connect know what the challenges and opportunities are in your work supporting young people.

This informal session is being led by Martin Stewart and Nick Howdle, who will explain more about what is on offer from Wiltshire Music Connect that could support your work.
